About Azia Podcasts
The idea for Azia Podcasts started with my own struggle in 2022.
One evening my mom and I pulled into the garage after a drive to the grocery store. I just sat there staring into space and she asked if I was okay. Out of nowhere the floodgates opened and I broke down completely. I was feeling at a complete loss since I was convinced a few of my close friends had it all figured out on what they wanted to do in life. Here I was, still unsure on what I wanted to do.
As I was conversing with my parents and friends about how I felt – anxious, overwhelmed, burnt-out, and at a crossroad with an unclear path, I realized there are so many other people who are going through the same struggle.
People have various strengths, some known and some yet to be discovered. It’s not an easy path to find your passion, and it makes it even harder when you don’t have the true picture or real life knowledge of the “real working world” in various professions.
Azia Podcasts is a platform where professionals from various industries will be sharing their personal career journey (the highs and the lows), with insights geared to resonate with high school and college students. We hope that it provides an exposure to the amazing range of career choices available, and a possibility to connect interested listeners to the podcast guests when possible!
